At 3 G's, we are committed to providing exceptional service. To help us maintain our high standards and effectively serve all customers, please review our cancellation policy carefully:
Payment Terms
Total charges incurred will be billed to the client’s credit card unless alternative arrangements have been made and approved in writing. 3 G's accepts VISA, MasterCard, and American Express. New clients are required to present their credit card for imprinting, and additional ID verification may be necessary.
Cancellation Notice
To avoid charges, please cancel your reservation at least 48 hours before your scheduled pick-up time.
- Cancellations made within 48 hours will incur a fee of 1 hour’s charge for hourly services or the full booking amount for point-to-point services.
- For airport services, cancellations made more than 48 hours in advance may qualify for a full refund.
No-Show Policy
If you do not arrive for your scheduled service without prior notice, the full booking amount will be charged. For airport services, if the chauffeur waits more than 35 minutes past the scheduled time without contact, your reservation will be classified as a no-show, and no refund will be issued.
Refunds
Refunds for cancellations made within the specified timeframe (48 hours) will be processed within 5-7 business days. Cancellations due to weather or flight changes made less than 48 hours before service will not qualify for a refund but will be credited to your account for future bookings.
Changes to Bookings
- For airport arrivals and departures, please ensure you provide accurate flight details for tracking. Changes must be communicated to dispatch immediately.
- For point-to-point and hourly services, any changes must be made at least 6 hours in advance to avoid a minimum charge of 1 hour
- Special event bookings require a change to be made at least 72 hours in advance, subject to availability. Changes made within this period may incur a 50% cancellation fee or result in the service starting at the originally booked time.
Waiting Time for Airport Services
Our chauffeurs will arrive 15 minutes before your requested time and will wait:
- 20 minutes after schedule arrival for domestic flights
- 35 minutes after scheduled arrival for international flights
- 20 minutes after schedule arrival for private FBOs
This waiting period allows time to clear immigration and collect luggage.
Special Events
For special events (weddings, proms, corporate events, etc.), a 1-hour non-refundable deposit per vehicle is required at the time of booking. Cancellations for hourly services within 48 hours will incur a 2-hour minimum non-refundable charge.
